Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in quality
- Review quality of materials on site to ensure compliance to project requirements
- Coordinates with Procurement Manager to set parameters and material requirements for the project
- Supervise and monitors performance of QA/QC team on site
- Provide or Create and Reviews method statement
- Creates initial checklist for guidance by using standard QA/QC departmental forms
- Reviews all documents prior to client submission and monitors project progress
- Issues warnings of non-conformance or possible failure of acceptance of works done due to quality and wrong issuance of works
- Liaise with the Client's QA/QC Team with regards to punch lists, submission requirements and handovers and goes to weekly construction meeting with the client
- Coordinates with Project Manager for any item which is deemed to have any cost implications
- Monitors performance of subcontractor and their quality of works
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in BS Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- At least 3-5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experienced employee specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
