About The Company:
The working venue is in South Jakarta.
Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Operations and Administration.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling correspondence with customers, including emails and phone calls.
Inputting and managing sales, order, and customer data within the SAP system.
Communicating with and maintaining relationships with existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Creating invoices for customers and coordinating the delivery process, including tracking and documentation.
Performing general office administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Business level English proficiency for business correspondence with multinational clients
Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Operations and Administration in a Trading company
Willingness to perform general administrative task
Good communication and interpersonal skills
