About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Operations and Administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling correspondence with customers, including emails and phone calls.

• Inputting and managing sales, order, and customer data within the SAP system.

• Communicating with and maintaining relationships with existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Creating invoices for customers and coordinating the delivery process, including tracking and documentation.

• Performing general office administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Business level English proficiency for business correspondence with multinational clients

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Operations and Administration in a Trading company

• Willingness to perform general administrative task

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
