Human Resources Manager - Jawa Tengah areas - WFO (ID: 709015)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.

• Manage recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.

• Manage KPI, compensation & benefits, payroll, and HC budgeting.

• Develop and maintain employee and leadership development programs.

• Good knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.

• Handle employee relations and industrial disputes.

• Manage Company Regulations (PP), PKB, and HR policies.

• Ensure compliance with labour regulations.

• Manage company assets, vehicles, employee facilities, security, and office facilities.

• Manage vendors, contracts, and GA services.

• Ensure effective GA operations across all locations.

• Lead and develop HCGA teams.

• Work closely with the Board of Directors and Business Unit Heads.

• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong business understanding and stakeholder management skills.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HC/HR, with at least 3 years at Manager level.

• Experience managing HCGA across multiple locations or business units.

• Experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.

• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
