Accounting Officer

(Based: Pekanbaru, Riau)

ACCOUNTING  OFFICER

Job Description:

• Perform AP & AR day to day activities by verifying transaction, scheduling payment obtaining authorization payment, invoicing and update collection by notifying customers

• Perform petty cash and bank key in and Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions

• Preparing monthly & yearly tax reconciliation, PPh, and PPn

• Maintains weekly budget with actual transaction

• Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.

• Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) degree/Diploma (D3) majoring in Accounting and Tax from reputable University.

• Having work experience in at least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in a multinational Company.

• Good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesian tax regulation, Hold Tax Brevet A & B certificate would be preferable

• Having good knowledge of PSAK, TAX & IFRS

• Good computer skills of Microsoft Office spread sheet & Familiar with ACCPAC (Module AP, AR and Bank Service) would be advantage

• Discipline, proactive, strong commitment, good integrity, good behavior, well organized, quick learner, good teamwork, take initiative & open minded

• Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented.

• Based in Pekanbaru, Riau
