Job Summary
We're looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Premium Telco Customer Service Representatives. Whether you're a fresh graduate, career shifter, or looking for your first BPO opportunity, this role is a great way to start and grow your career. No prior BPO experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile, internet, and other telecommunications services.
- Handle account concerns, billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- No BPO experience required.
- Fresh graduates, students awaiting graduation (if eligible), and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Customer-focused, dependable, and eager to learn.
