IT General Manager

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and dynamic General Manager of Information Technology (IT) to lead our enterprise-wide technology ecosystem. As a dominant player in the FMCG sector, we are accelerating our digital transformation journey.

You will be the driving force behind aligning our technology roadmap with robust business growth. This role demands a seasoned executive who can seamlessly bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and commercial objectives, overseeing everything from manufacturing plant automation and supply chain tech to digital consumer engagement and enterprise data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define, develop, and execute a comprehensive long-term IT strategy that supports the company’s business objectives, optimizing supply chain efficiency, sales distribution, and digital marketing capabilities.

• Digital Transformation: Champion enterprise-wide digitalization initiatives, exploring and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

• Infrastructure & Enterprise Systems: Oversee the robust performance, security, and scalability of ERP systems (such as SAP), CRM, distribution management systems (DMS), and cloud infrastructure across all business units and plant sites.

• IT Governance & Security: Establish and enforce strict IT policies, compliance standards, disaster recovery protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks to safeguard enterprise data and intellectual property.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global technology vendors, consultants, and service providers. Collaborate closely with executive leadership (C-level stakeholders) to deliver high-impact tech solutions.

• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing IT division (spanning infrastructure, applications, and support), fostering a culture of agility, continuous learning, and innovation.

• Budget Management: Formulate and manage the annual IT capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all technology initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven track record within the FMCG or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

• Strong experience supervising large-scale ERP implementations/upgrades (e.g. SAP), cloud transitions, data warehousing, and business intelligence (BI) tools.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.

• Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal)
