Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the travel industry.
- Assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize GDS systems like Amadeus and Sabre for booking and managing travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and services offered.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with Amadeus and Sabre systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
