Job Description
Develop and execute learning and talent development strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational capabilities.
Oversee training needs analysis, curriculum design, learning delivery, and program evaluation to ensure impactful learning outcomes.
Drive talent management initiatives, including competency frameworks, assessment centers, individual development plans (IDP), succession planning, and career development.
Lead organizational programs that reinforce company values, employee engagement, collaboration, and high-performance behaviors.
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement strategic learning and organizational development initiatives.
Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze organizational insights, and develop action plans to improve employee experience and retention.
Manage learning technologies, external training providers, consultants, and program budgets to ensure effective and scalable development solutions.
Monitor learning effectiveness, organizational development metrics, and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Capital Development.
Strong expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, learning delivery, and training evaluation methodologies.
Experience in competency management, assessment centers, succession planning, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and career coaching.
Proven experience leading employee engagement and change management initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills with strong business partnering capabilities.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and organizational impact.
Fluent in English with experience managing external training providers, learning technologies, and enterprise-wide development programs.
