Finance Accounting Tax Manager - FMCG (C-132587)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese FMCG Company. Currently, they are looking for Finance Accounting Tax Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, finance, and tax operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal policies

• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, statutory audit requirements, and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS), including JSOX/internal controls

• Lead month-end and year-end closing within tight deadlines, including group consolidation and reporting to headquarters

• Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management and the Board

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to drive profitability and operational efficiency

• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and tax authorities, including handling tax audits, planning, and transfer pricing matters

• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting & finance team while proactively identifying risks (such as compliance, misstatement) and opportunities (such as cost savings, process improvement)

• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related major

• Business English proficiency

• Min. 5 years as Accounting, Finance & Tax Manager in a manufacturing company

• Hold Tax Brevets A & B and skilled in corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax dispute resolution

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance & audits, budgeting & forecasting

• Knowledge of JSOX / internal control frameworks and strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations

• Experience in Accounting Firm

• Proven leadership and able to work under pressure
