Content Creator Internship

This 6-month full-time internship is designed for fresh graduates who are ready to build a career in content production. Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience in content ideation, production, and on-camera performance while working with various brands and campaigns. Outstanding interns may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates only (maximum 1 year after graduation).
• Not currently enrolled in university and able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship.
• Available to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Jakarta.
• Passionate about content creation, social media, and digital trends.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for content production and live sessions.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop engaging scripts, storyboards, and content ideas.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to contribute throughout the entire production process.
• Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with the production team.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar) are a plus.

Job Description:

• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, storyboards, and production briefs.
• Act as on-screen talent for videos, photos, and live sessions.
• Participate in content planning, brainstorming, and creative discussions.
• Support content production from pre-production to post-production.
• Collaborate with the creative, social media, and production teams to execute content aligned with campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on social media trends and transform them into engaging content ideas.
• Support various production activities as needed during shoots and campaign executions.
