Jobdesc :
- Monitor process volume, backlog, SLA, and lead time to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct capacity planning and manpower allocation based on operational demands.
- Monitor KPIs and performance of Agents, Team Leaders, and QC staff.
- Conduct QC calibration and coaching sessions to improve team performance and quality.
- Handle operational escalations and incident management to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare regular operational reports and coordinate with clients on operational updates and improvements.
Requirement:
1. Minimum D3 education with relevant work experience; KYC/KYB experience is preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or operational role.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication skills and able to work independently or in a team.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and basic Excel formulas.
6. Strong time management and organizational skills; willing to work shifts.
