Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to inquiries, complaints, and requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers have a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.
• Provide product or service information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
• Senior high school diploma or equivalent; College Graduate / Undergraduate / Fresh Graduates.
• Average to Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable with MS Teams and basic computer applications.
