Job Description
Manage HR documentation (contracts, employee records, and compliance files)
Support recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
Assist in developing basic HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (legal/consultants) for company setup
Maintain HR data and support day-to-day HR administrative operations
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
3-5 years of HR experience. Preferrably experienced in start-up or pre-operational phase.
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Able to work independently in a startup environment
Good communication skills in English and Korean. Minimum of TOPIK II Level 4.
