HVAC Chiller Technician

JUNIOR AND SKILLED TECHNICIANS POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We currently seeking both a Junior HVAC Chiller Technician and a Skilled HVAC Chiller Technician to work on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, and rooftop units. The Junior role focuses on learning and assisting, while the Skilled role requires experience and independent work. 

Location:

Jakarta and Cikarang Placement.

Junior HVAC Chiller Technician 

• Responsibilities: Start by assisting experienced technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, learn to diagnose and repair components to finally achieve autonomy.

• Skills: Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, willingness to learn, strong communication skills, MS Office suite, English language.

• Experience: Entry-level with relevant HVAC training.

Skilled HVAC Chiller Technician 

• Responsibilities:

Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of HVAC systems, including but not limited to chillers, air handling units (AHUs), Fan Wall Units (FWUs), Cooling Towers (CTs), Heat Pumps (HPs) etc. 

Conduct corrective and scheduled preventive maintenance.  

Diagnose, identify and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions on hvac systems and their components

Adhere and strictly follow safety procedures (K3 - Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja)

Collaborate with the team to plan and execute hvac system installation and upgrade projects

• Skills:

Strong understanding of HVAC principles, experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, Ms Office suite, English language.

• Experience:

Proven experience as an HVAC technician with experience in chillers.

REQUIREMENTS
 

• Ability to read, write and speak in English is MANDATORY. At least Basic to Intermediary level is required

• SKILLED TECHNICIAN: MINIMUM 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS HVAC Chiller technician

• JUNIOR TECHNICIAN: MINIMUM 4 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS HVAC Chiller technician

• Flexibility to work on dynamic working scheme (Standard or Hybrid)

• In-depth knowledge of refrigerant types, chiller and compressor types, including their components, controls, and operations

• SKILLED TECHNICIAN: Completion of an accredited HVAC program is preferred (BNSP Certification of Teknisi AC Central & Chiller or similar)
