Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables
Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
Serving food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring correct items reach the correct guests
Checking in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Processing payments and handling transactions with accuracy and discretion
Clearing tables efficiently and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment
Assisting with table settings and preparation for incoming guests
Collaborating with kitchen and support staff to maintain smooth service flow
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a server or in a similar waitstaff role within a hospitality setting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously
A positive, customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
Basic numeracy skills for order taking and payment processing
