Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting schedules are well organized.
- Prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Coordinate with the office cleaning team to maintain meeting room cleanliness and office presentation.
- Prepare and serve refreshments, including snacks, fruits, tea, coffee, and beverages for guests and meetings.
- Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative support tasks.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents.
- Support general office administration and assist other departments when needed.
- Ensure reception and common areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor Degree (S1) is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office, or Administrative Officer.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
