*Schedule, confirm, and coordinate hygiene service appointments with customers and field service teams.
*Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Provide product and service information, including pricing, service plans, and company policies.
*Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
*Follow up with customers to ensure service quality and address any outstanding concerns.
*Handle billing inquiries, service renewals, and contract-related questions.
