Job Description:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Performing strategic analysis for the project.
- Organizing schedules and timelines to ensure on-time completion with maximized values.
- Guiding team and organization on how to use Scrum practices.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments to make sure the sprint goal is achieved.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Min. 1 year of working experience as IT Project Manager
- Knowledge of basic project management
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and mentoring skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Fast learner and can learn independently
- Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role and/or using JIRA software is a plus
- Work location: West Jakarta
