Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds when applicable.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet company standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Must be currently residing within Metro Manila
Must be 18 years old and above (legal age)
College fresh graduates and undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
Highschool Graduates (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates for the new curriculum
