Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse
department, ensuring efficient inventory control, compliance with safety
standards, and effective coordination with other departments. The Warehouse
Officer plays a key role in optimizing warehouse processes and leading
continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the overall operations of the warehouse department.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to meet demand.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
· Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse leaders and operators.
· Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
·Education:
·Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
·Experience
·Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
·Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
·Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
·Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
·Demonstrated work experience and job knowledge in warehouse
operations.
