Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor employee productivity to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, and proper storage of incoming merchandise.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products according to delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock variances.
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse following 5S standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1-2 years of warehouse experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience in a retail, FMCG, merchandising, or distribution environment is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control procedures.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when business needs require.
