General Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree or more, preferably in Transportation/Logistics Management.
Experienced Working in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics company (min. 5 years).
Understanding of forwarding documents, process and flow.
Have knowledge of Import/Export regulations for all equipment and materials
Able to operate CEISA 4.0
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
Effective communication and service mind.
Have a leadership spirit and able to work in team work
High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
Learn new things and develop yourself as the company grows.
