Senior Product Analyst

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Support the assessment and development of product strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Analyze the existing product portfolio, including product performance, customer segments, pricing, features, profitability, and overall business potential.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate product performance, customer behavior, market trends, and product economics.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and potential product opportunities.
• Analyze customer segments and identify opportunities to improve product value propositions, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Support the development and evaluation of strategic options for product enhancement, repositioning, pricing, and portfolio optimization.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses to assess the potential impact, feasibility, profitability, and business value of proposed product strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product strategy and management decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to assess product opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations, strategy decks, analytical reports, and recommendations using PowerPoint and other analytical tools.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of approved product strategies by tracking key performance indicators and business outcomes.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities across the product lifecycle and recommend initiatives to improve product performance and customer value.
• Support strategic projects related to banking and financial services, including product development, portfolio optimization, market expansion, and customer strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Banking, Statistics, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in Product Strategy, Product Analysis, Banking Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Strategic Planning, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in product strategy assessment, product portfolio analysis, and strategic recommendation development.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business, customer, financial, and product performance data.
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation, product economics, pricing, product features, and product performance analysis.
• Experienced in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong ability to develop strategic options, evaluate alternatives, and translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in preparing business cases, financial analysis, and management-level presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work Full WFO (Work From Office) at the Client Office in Jakarta Area.
