NOC Intern

About the role

As a NOC Intern, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and uptime of our Data Center facility. Due to strict operational standards, every field activity requires absolute oversight. You will serve as the essential link bridging our central NOC operations and field executions ensuring zero communication gaps and strict compliance with on-site procedures through active on-site supervision and real-time dual-channel reporting.

What you'll be doing

1. Support day-to-day Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring to ensure network stability and performance

2. Assist and accompany operational or project teams during on-site activities and field deployments

3. Support basic monitoring and report network, hardware, or connectivity status

4. Coordinate with internal teams to monitor progress, report daily updates, and follow up on on-site action items

What we're looking for

1. Graduated from a Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Computer and Network Engineering, Telecommunication or related field.

2. Basic knowledge of computerization (hardware & software)

3. Knowledge platform OS Windows / Linux

4. Basic knowledge of structured cabling, including UTP and Fiber Optic

5. Familiar with NMS monitoring tools such as ( Zabbix, PRTG, LibreNMS ) Is a plus

6. Good verbal and written communication skills, a proactive attitude, and readiness to work on-site in the Cibitung area.
