Medical Trainer (Healthcare & Medical Devices) - ENGLISH SPEAKING 

Location: Indonesia (Hybrid / Remote with Travel as Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Trainer to support healthcare professionals through product education, clinical training, and professional engagement. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse or healthcare professional with experience in medical devices, clinical education, or medical sales.

You will work closely with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare teams to deliver training, coordinate educational activities, and support the successful implementation of healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product and clinical training for healthcare professionals and partner institutions.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, and educational sessions both online and onsite.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, user guides, and educational content.
• Coordinate with hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding training schedules and support activities.
• Provide product education and clinical support before and after implementation.
• Assist in organizing medical events, workshops, and educational programs.
• Support sales and business development teams by providing clinical knowledge during customer engagements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Participate in creating educational videos, webinars, and social media content when required.
• Stay updated on current clinical practices, medical technologies, and industry developments.

Qualifications

•  ENGLISH proficiency in REQUIRED 
• Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, or other healthcare professional with relevant clinical experience.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare training, or medical sales is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Comfortable conducting both virtual and onsite training sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; ENGLISH proficiency in REQUIRED 
• Willing to travel for training and educational activities when required.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as a Clinical Educator, Product Specialist, Medical Representative, or Medical Trainer.
• Experience working with hospitals or healthcare institutions.
• Familiarity with cardiovascular or critical care products is a plus.
