About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing our entire supply chain operations. As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, inventory and products throughout our business, directly supporting our operational efficiency and profitability. You will work closely with procurement, logistics, inventory management and distribution teams to develop and implement strategies that minimize costs whilst maximizing service levels and product availability.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and financial targets

2. Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation and performance management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

3. Manage inventory levels across all locations, optimizing stock holdings whilst ensuring adequate supply to meet operational demands

4. Coordinate logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to all outlets

5. Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics, KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction

6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders

7. Implement best practices in supply chain management, including lean methodologies and inventory optimization techniques

8. Manage supplier quality, compliance and adherence to contractual obligations

9. Lead and develop supply chain team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards and company policies throughout the supply chain

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement or logistics roles, preferably within the food and beverage or restaurant industry

3. Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation and supplier performance evaluation

4. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, demand planning and logistics coordination

5. Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (SAP experience)

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

8. Demonstrated leadership capability and experience managing cross-functional teams

9. Knowledge of food safety standards, compliance regulations and quality control procedures

10. Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous

11. Preferred: Experience with multiple distribution channels and complex supply chain environments
