Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Guidance and Counseling (Pendidikan Bimbingan dan Konseling)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of child development, especially at the primary/elementary level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to speak and write in English (active communication required)
Patient, empathetic, and able to build trust with students
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Able to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school management
Good administrative and reporting skills
Job Description
Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
Identify students’ emotional, behavioral, and social challenges and provide appropriate interventions
Support students’ personal development and well-being
Collaborate with teachers to monitor and support student progress
Communicate with parents regarding students’ development and concerns
Design and implement counseling programs, workshops, and preventive activities
Maintain accurate and confidential student records
Assist in handling student discipline cases in a constructive and educational manner
Promote a positive and supportive school environment
