Sales/Marketing (Exhibition)

📍 Location: Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat

Job Description

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to acquire exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and visitors.
2. Promote exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, advertising opportunities, and other exhibition services.
3. Conduct cold calls, client visits, online meetings, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Follow up inquiries and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and payment.
6. Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
7. Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
8. Coordinate with the Project and Operations team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
9. Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
10. Attend exhibitions, conferences, and business networking activities when required.

Requirements

1. Male or Female. 
2. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. 
3. Minimum 1 years of experience in Exhibition Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
4. Experience in one of the following industries is required:
   - Event Organizer
   - Exhibition Contractor
   - Booth Contractor
   - Convention & Exhibition Organizer
   - MICE Industry
5. Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
6. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
8. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
10. Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.
11. Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
12. Having an existing network within the exhibition, industrial, manufacturing, mining, or energy sectors is an advantage.
13. Willing to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
