IT Planning (Server Network Infrastructure) Staff - General Trading (B-132118)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta. 

• Our client is a General Trading company. Currently, they are looking for IT Planning Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, virtualization environments, and cloud servers to ensure system availability and performance.

• Administer and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN, SASE, and firewall systems.

• Manage cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and BOX cloud storage, ensuring secure and efficient access for users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues, including PCs, desk phones, CCTV, and access control systems.

• Monitor network and server performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Design, configure, and improve network infrastructure to support business operations and future growth.

• Coordinate the procurement of IT infrastructure equipment and manage external vendors or subcontractors for installation and maintenance projects.

• Maintain IT documentation, ensure infrastructure security, and provide technical support to internal users when required.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

• Business English proficiency.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Staff in a foreign trading company, with hands-on experience in server administration and network infrastructure, including maintenance, troubleshooting, cloud management, and IT support.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to travel for business trips when required.

Preferable:
Has IT Certification.
