- 1 year collection experience for UK/US/AU clients.
- Good Negotiation skills
- Understanding of collections domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound and inbound collection activities for customer accounts.
- Contact customers to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain professional and effective communication while resolving payment-related concerns.
- Follow collection policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account resolution and achieve collection targets.
