As a Supply Chain Associate (GRPO), you are responsible for accurately processing inventory and procurement transactions in the ERP system. You will ensure proper recording of received goods, complete documentation, and strong data integrity to support inventory control and reporting.
1. ERP System Proficiency (Transactional)
- Skilled in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One) for procurement and inventory transactions, particularly Goods Receipt PO (GRPO) processing.
2. Data Integrity and Encoding Accuracy
- Accurate and efficient in encoding procurement and inventory data with strong attention to detail to ensure data reliability across systems.
3. Compliance and Documentation Management
- Ensures all procurement and inventory documents follow company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining organized and auditable records.
4. Data Organization and Reporting Fundamentals
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for organizing, analyzing, and summarizing inventory and procurement data for reporting and tracking.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! We value enthusiasm and a strong eagerness to learn.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
