Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and manage the daily operations of the Finance team.
- Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Review and approve reports, financial documents, and team outputs for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage team performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
- Establish priorities and ensure operational efficiency within the department.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, financial procedures, and company standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to support business and operational requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies.
- Ensure proper documentation, workflow control, and accountability across the team.
- Support manpower planning, training, and team development initiatives.
- Handle escalation of operational concerns and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare management updates and department performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Finance with supervisory or managerial background.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Experience in handling operations, task management, and process improvement.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
