Job Descriptions:
Checking supporting document from export & import customer
Releasing related shipping document export & import
Collecting payment from export & import customer
Preparing invoice to customer
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by phone and email
Making daily settlement personal report
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from any major (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
Good skill in English both oral and written
Able to perform as a team player, fast learner, and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
Excellent interpersonal communication
Willing to take overtime If needed
Detail oriented, well organized & honest
