We are looking for a Voice Network Engineer to manage and support our voice
infrastructure. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining voice network
systems to ensure reliable and high-quality communication services. You will also work
closely with other IT teams to support seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
? Design, deploy, and maintain voice network infrastructure
? Configure and manage AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Media Gateways
? Administer Cisco voice environments including CUCM and CME
? Handle call routing, dial plans, and endpoint provisioning
? Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
? Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues
? Provide advanced technical support for voice systems
? Document configurations, processes, and system changes
? Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
Required Skills (Must Have):
? Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
? 2+ years of relevant experience in voice/network engineering roles
? 2+ years of experience with AudioCodes SBC and OVOC
? Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM
? Strong knowledge of voice network infrastructure and VoIP concepts
Good to Have Skills:
? Experience with Cisco CME
? Familiarity with Media Gateways
? Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting tools
