MongoDB Consulting Engineer

Who you are: We’re looking for a technical problem-solver with excellent communication skills who enjoys working closely with customers. This role is ideal for someone with a background in development or consulting. While you won’t be doing hands-on coding, you should be comfortable reading and interpreting code. Prior MongoDB experience is a plus, but we’ll provide training using MongoDB’s internal resources. What you bring: - Strong analytical and diagnostic skills ·Motivation to manage both technical and customer-facing tasks ·Confidence presenting and collaborating with customers ·5+ years of experience in software development, consulting, or support, across various industries ·Familiarity with software architectures, deployment, and operations ·Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js, etc.) ·Experience with databases (MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) ·Familiarity with Linux; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus ·Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in any other language is a plus.
