Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role for at least 1–2 years.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to inform strategies.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate engaging content.
- Strong understanding of brand voice and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Research & Content Planning: Research latest trends to develop comprehensive content plans, scripts, and monthly content calendars.
- Content Production (On-Screen Talent): Lead content production by acting as the on-screen talent and directing videographers during shoots.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control on all produced assets to ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Daily Account Management: Manage daily social media accounts, ensuring timely, consistent posting and professional community engagement.
- Collaboration & Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze effectiveness.
- Brand Voice Consistency: Work closely with designers and internal divisions to maintain cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Event Support & Vendor Management: Support internal and external corporate events and manage vendor relationships for marketing communication needs.
