Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in IT system implementation or application support
Experience in system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of database management (SQL/MySQL/Oracle)
Familiar with system testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to provide user training and technical documentation
Nice to Have:
Experience with ERP / HRIS / CRM systems
Basic knowledge of networking or cloud environments
Relevant IT certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, SAP, etc.)
