Job Description
Perform body repair, dent removal, and straightening on heavy equipment and operational vehicles.
Carry out welding, cutting, and fabrication works to repair damaged or broken components.
Repair cracks, fractures, and structural damage on equipment bodies, frames, buckets, and other metal parts.
Prepare surfaces and perform repainting to restore equipment condition and prevent corrosion.
Inspect equipment and identify body repair, welding, and painting requirements.
Operate welding, fabrication, and painting equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
Ensure all work complies with company quality and HSE standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Mechanical, Automotive, or Welding disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in welding, body repair, fabrication, or repainting of heavy equipment, trucks, or vehicles.
Skilled in dent repair, metal fabrication, welding, and spray painting.
Familiar with welding equipment, grinders, cutting tools, and painting equipment.
Able to perform basic inspections and identify repair needs.
Understanding of workplace safety (HSE) practices.
Physically fit and willing to work in plantation and workshop environments.
Welding certification is an advantage.
