Virtual Team Manager

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Interview, engage, and train individuals who will provide services for clients through our platform.
• Lead your teams by communicating, collaborating, monitoring, and assisting your team members.
• Manage your time and daily tasks while scheduling, analyzing, and evaluating freelancer performance.
• Contribute value by working on side projects and ideas that optimize and enhance the quality of services provided to clients.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience or background in Human Resources, Management or Administration, Customer Support, Marketing, or another relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
