Specifications:
Education is preferred majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil sector including handling tenders for both private and government projects
We prioritize candidates who have experience working in the field of building contractors.
Able to read drawings and analyze well.
Mastering MS. Office, operating Autocad and or Tekla programs.
Understanding RAB & Project Drawings.
Have good communication skills, disciplined, careful, agile, honest and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work in the office (South Jakarta) or in the field (on site area (Jabodetabek)
Accustomed to working in a team or individually.
High loyalty to the company.
Responsibilities:
Carry out coordination functions with technical coordinators, contractors and suppliers in the field.
Supervise the progress of construction and suppliers in the field.
Create and prepare tender documents
Carry out administration and documentation related to project tenders
Check requests for material goods during the project, check and analyze the project budget, work progress, handover, and coordination meetings
Supervise construction and make daily work progress reports routinely.
Understand how to read work drawings and be able to explain to workers
Establish good relationships with vendors and project relations
