Management Trainee (STAR Development Program)

The STAR Development Program is a training program designed by the company to develop future leaders. This program is intended for fresh graduates or new employees with high potential.

Objectives of the program:

• Prepare candidates for managerial or leadership positions in the future.

• Provide an in-depth understanding of the company's business.

• Develop technical and leadership skills while helping trainees gain exposure to various departments through job rotations.

Qualifications:

• Full-time.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any major.

• Strong Leadership and Teamwork

• Strong knowledge of the service industry.

• Excellent proficiency in English (active and fluent), both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills.

• Experience in leadership roles within organizations.

• Willing to commit to a 1-year service bond.

• Willing to be placed in all branches, both in Indonesia and possibly also abroad.

• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Able to take initiative, work independently, be highly self-motivated, work creatively, and pay attention to detail.

• Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining integrity.
