About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and patient-oriented Clinical Psychologist to join Dermalogia KIND. This role is responsible for providing psychological assessments, counseling services, and mental health support to patients while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews, observations, and interpretation of psychological test results.
• Provide counseling and psychological intervention services based on patients' needs.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress through regular evaluations.
• Prepare psychological reports and maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals in managing patient care.
• Provide mental health education and guidance to patients and their families.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.
• Participate in health promotion activities, seminars, webinars, and educational programs organized by the clinic.
• Contribute to the development of integrated mental health services that complement aesthetic and skin health treatments.
  

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (Professional Program).
• Possess a valid Psychologist Registration Certificate (STR).
• Hold an active Practice License (SIP) or be willing to obtain one.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Psychologist; fresh graduates with relevant competencies are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional appearance and strong patient service orientation.
• Willing to work according to the clinic's practice schedule.
