Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic community engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute high-quality tournaments, social events, mixers, and exclusive member activations.
- Foster strong relationships with members, coaches, partners, and ambassadors.
- Manage community communication channels (WhatsApp groups, social media, newsletters).
- Monitor member satisfaction, gather feedback, and ensure a premium community experience.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to drive brand growth and member retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community management.
- Active English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proven experience managing or being actively involved in a padel community.
- Experience in padel, tennis, or other sports industries will be a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and event management skills.
- Passionate about sports and building meaningful communities.
