We’re looking for a driven and detail?oriented professional to manage creator communities and execute high?impact beauty campaigns across livestream and affiliate platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with creators, MCNs, and internal teams to activate meaningful partnerships, run seamless livestream operations, and support top Beauty Brands

Develop practical experience in approaching, onboarding, activating, and managing creators across different tiers—starter, incubation, and mid?tier—across livestream and affiliate ecosystems.Campaign Operations & Project Management Experience
Build strong operational skills by handling campaign preparations such as KV briefs, content guidelines, promo plans, registration flows, and reporting templates across multiple brands.Fast?Paced Learning & Career Growth
Operate in a dynamic, trend?driven environment where you’ll continuously learn about new formats, creator trends, and livestream strategies—laying a strong foundation for growth in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or social commerce roles.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in e?commerce, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or digital marketing
Familiar with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplaces
Hands?on experience with affiliate or livestream campaigns, focused on driving results
Comfortable working with numbers and tracking performance (GMV, CTR, CVR, etc.)
Experience working with creators/KOLs, MCNs, or cross?functional teams
Strong communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Analytical, proactive, and quick to solve problems in a fast?moving environment
experience in budget planning and ROI tracking is a Plus
Flexible and ready to support campaign periods and peak seasons
Key requirements:
Proven experience managing major ecommerce campaigns, including Brand Days and Super Brand Days.
Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystem dynamics, creator activation strategies, and campaign optimization.
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, operations, and agency partners.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate risks and implement contingency plans.
