IT Supervisor (IT Developer & Infrastructure)

📍 Location: Flexible-Jakarta Mori Tower & Site Office (must be willing to be assigned to project sites as required)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Application Development

• Develop and maintain web-based applications for business operations and mining data management.

• Design and implement GIS/spatial data visualization using modern web technologies.

• Develop and maintain company profile websites for the holding company and subsidiaries.

2. Data Center & Infrastructure Management

• Plan, build, and manage data center infrastructure.

• Design and maintain server, network, and system architecture.

• Install and configure end-user devices (laptops, printers, fingerprint devices, etc.).

• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure reliability through preventive maintenance.

• Prepare infrastructure health reports and recommend improvements.

3. IT Development & Innovation

• Optimize IT infrastructure and business applications.

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

• Develop Information Systems (IS) that support business processes while maintaining cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

4. ICT Project Management

• Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.

• Manage data center migration and infrastructure enhancement initiatives.

• Implement Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

• Manage Active Directory integration, firewall authentication, and enterprise network infrastructure.

• Coordinate project planning, execution, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Fluent in English.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Development, or IT Project Management.

• Strong knowledge of PHP Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MySQL, and REST API development.

• Experience with Leaflet JS, ArcGIS, or GIS-based applications is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Firewall (Fortigate preferred), Data Center, and Server Management.

• Good understanding of network security and disaster recovery concepts.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
