Project Manager – Facility Management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Facility Management operations.
Experienced in managing operational support services such as Office Boys, Tea Ladies, Messengers, and related services.
Strong understanding of operations management, procurement, and project P&L.
Good communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and work across Jakarta and other assigned regions as required.
Job Responsibilities
Manage Facility Management operations
Supervise Office Boys (OB), Tea Ladies, Messengers, Document Services, and other support service teams.
Coordinate daily operations and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage procurement activities, project budget, and Profit & Loss (P&L).
Oversee operations across Jabodetabek, Medan, Bandung, and Surabaya.
