Job Requirements:
Able to assist supervisor in controlling all the activity in shift
Able fulfill the requirement of daily production planning
Able to monitor the product qualities in his shifts and take corrective action in this regard
Able to provide “work order” for maintenance in required to be repair the machines
Ensure product to meet specification continuously
Ensure the housekeeping and maintain the healthy environment
Ensure full turn over to incoming foreman
Inform supervisor in case of failure to run the machine or meet the production specifications
Perform any other duties entrusted to him by the supervisor and the superior
Ensure operation production in toilet soap plant match with planning
Participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK 3 implementation
To assist Production Supervisor (TSP) in controlling all the activity in his shift and to fulfill the requirement of daily production planning to ensure that all production targets are met safely, efficiently and within quality standard
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineering
Able to Speak in English (Passive)
Experience at least 1 – 4 years as Sr. Production Foreman Finishing Line in Soap Manufacture
Good & Strength attitude, communication, integrity, report writing
Good health & physic
Good computer skill in Microsoft Office
Willing to work in KIM 2 Medan
