Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in KOL, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, or Integrated Communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Experience in FMCG, Baby Care, Healthcare, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industries is highly preferred.
Strong network with Indonesian media, KOLs, influencer agencies, MCNs, and PR agencies.
Proven experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns and PR initiatives.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and ROI.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL & Influencer Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute integrated KOL and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with celebrity ambassadors, parenting influencers, healthcare professionals, hospitals, agencies, and content creators.
Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging digital platforms.
Manage KOL identification, selection, negotiation, briefing, contract execution, content approval, and campaign evaluation.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI based on engagement, reach, EMV, conversion, sales contribution, and brand awareness.
2. Public Relations & Corporate Communications
Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance MAKUKU's brand reputation and corporate image.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, editors, and key industry stakeholders.
Lead product launches, corporate announcements, executive profiling, press conferences, and media events.
Prepare press releases, media kits, speeches, Q&A documents, and crisis communication materials.
Identify proactive PR opportunities to maximize earned media coverage and brand visibility.
3. Brand Campaign & Integrated Communications
Collaborate with Brand, Digital Marketing, Media, and Sales teams to amplify integrated marketing campaigns.
Drive social buzz and influencer advocacy before, during, and after campaign execution.
Support offline activations, product launches, CSR initiatives, parenting communities, and brand events.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all PR and influencer touchpoints.
4. Social Listening & Reputation Management
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify communication opportunities.
Track social sentiment, online conversations, and emerging issues related to the brand.
Develop response strategies and crisis communication plans to protect brand reputation.
Partner with Customer Service and Digital teams to effectively manage online reputation and consumer feedback.
5. Performance Management & Reporting
Establish campaign objectives, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure PR and influencer effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key metrics including:
Earned Media Value (EMV)
Share of Voice (SOV)
Media Reach & Impressions
Social Engagement
Influencer ROI
Brand Sentiment
Campaign Amplification
Media Quality Score
Present actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
