Crewing Specialist

Job description:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for vessel crews, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Maintain and administer crew documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with company requirements.
3. Conduct employee engagement initiatives to support crew satisfaction and retention.
4. Update employee contracts, records, and related information in the HRIS accurately and timely.
5. Develop and maintain crew manpower planning and deployment schedules.
6. Coordinate with vessel operations and other stakeholders to fulfill crew requirements.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
3. Experience in hiring, talent management, and employee engagement.
4. Strong administrative and documentation skills.
5. Hands-on experience with HRIS and employee database management.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
7. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
